Another tag for a swap

Hello, hello scrappers! Hope you're doing well on this beautiful day! I have another tag to share with you for a swap I'm doing at Paper Phenonomen. The swap was to do a tag for Mothers Day or to celebrate women. I did a tag to celebrate women...simply because we are such strong creatures. The sentiment says, "The strength of a woman is her Heart" which I truly believe. I used the forever young cricut cartridge to cut out the woman silhouette. The flowers are handmade and the big white one is from I am roses. I embossed the background with Stampin Ups En Francais stamp with versa mark and embossed it with white opaque embossing powder. I sponged around the edges with black ink to try to give it a bit of a shabby chic look. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I hope the ladies that will be receiving it likes it. I haven't been making tags very long so your comments would be greatly appreciated. Hope you'll come back soon....until then, Happy Scrappin!

Tag Swap at the Scrapbeach

Hi everyone....sorry it's been so long since I've posted anything but I've been busy working on swaps. I think I've joined about 8 so I've been working frantically to get them all done. What I want to share with you today is a tag I created for a swap at the Scrapbeach. The theme was to do a vintage 4th of July tag...we had a certain element we had to add and mine was a dangle charm. This is what I came up with.

and here is the back of the tag...we had to include a frame on the back.

I hope you enjoyed looking and I hope you'll come back soon. Until then, Happy Scrappin!!!!
